Man Cave Signs: Aluminum and Infusible Ink Transfer Sheets
Table of Contents
I can not believe how AMAZING these Man Cave Signs turned out. Honestly the pictures do not even do it justice!
The quality look you get when you adhere the Infusible Ink Transfer Sheets to the Aluminum Sheets is a seriously top-notch design. Allow me to repeat. “Top Notch Design”.

This Dad’s Cave Design is on a 5 X 7″ Aluminum Sheet that has been specially coated on one side to allow the Infusible Ink Transfer Sheets to do their magic. And friends, this is really super easy to create!

This Man Cave Design is made the same way as the Dad’s Cave design but we’re just using a different Infusible Ink Transfer Sheet pattern.
This project lends a variety of ways to either set in a plate stand or hang by multiple methods. Here are just a few to inspire you.
Also, either one of these Dad or Man Cave signs would hang easily with the use of twine or chain! You could seriously even glue a canned soda pop off the tab on the back ✔
If he wants to hang it on metal, perhaps some adhesive magnet tape might do.

Designing
(I have a step by step Video below if your prefer to watch every step)
You can find the files I designed for you in my Resource Library here.
From your Design Space Canvas, select the “Upload” icon on the left side.

Upload file into Design Space (see video above if you need help with this)

I recommend “Drag and Drop” (after you saved your file to your desktop) but you can also choose “browse” and locate your file that way.

Add tags if desired and click on “Save”

Select the file you uploaded into Design Space and click on “Insert Images”

The file is perfectly sized for a 5 X 7″ Aluminum Sheet, simply click on “Make It”

“Mirror” both mats by clicking on the Mirror buttons (they will turn green when mirrored) then click “Continue”.

Now it will connect to your machine as long as it’s powered on and you will search “browse all materials” and select “Infusible Ink Transfer Sheet”

The next screen shows you are ready to cut, so now is the time to stop and wash your hands before handling Infusible Ink Transfer Sheets so as not to affect your color on your Infusible Ink.

Cutting
Lay your Infusible Ink colored side up on your Standard Cutting Mat
Click on the flashing “load” button and then the flashing “Go” button. When the cutting is done you can click on the “load” button and unload your mat.

It is best at this point to watch the video I prepared for you to see the step-by-step process and added details. 😉 You can always fast forward if needed to speed it up too!
